--For customers using MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom--

• We never use personal information, e.g., name, address, phone number, email address, except our duties.
• We disclose personal information to no third party except the next cases.
  • When there is the agreement of the customer.
  • When we disclose it in a state (like a statistics documents) that cannot identify a customer individual.
  • When it was commanded to do disclosure or presentation based on laws and ordinances by the judiciary or the administration.
• We do not make contact with customer except the answer to the customer's question and direct mail which we send.
• To manage the personal information safely, we make an effort to keep security and to improve.

--For guides registered in MySpotGuide--

• We never use personal information, e.g., name, address, phone number, email address, except our duties.
• We show the part of the information such as the email address that the person who made a sign-in as a guide registered by oneself only for the applicant who completed payment except the next cases.
  • When there is the agreement of the guide.
  • When we disclose it in a state (like a statistics documents) that cannot identify a guide individual.
  • When it was commanded to do disclosure or presentation based on laws and ordinances by the judiciary or the administration.
• We do not make contact with guide except the answer to the client's question, acting client's question to the guide, and direct mail which we send.
• To manage the personal information safely, we make an effort to keep security and to improve.
