You need access key to get guide's email address and phone number.
After payment completion, PayPal page indicate button "Return to MySpotGuide". And after click this button, you should move to the page that let you know an access key. See detail
At the same time, we send access key to you by email.
You can ask your access key with your registration email address on our site anytime.

Cancel

We do not accept cancel after payment completion basically. In case of below, we are going to generate new access key for you.

• In case that access key dose not work for something reason.
• In case that access key is not generated for something reason.
• In case that access key has something wrong.

The above case, when you hope to cancel and repayment strongly, we accept repayment only for less than 1 week from the purchase.
Change of the exchange rate between purchase day and repayment day give rise to amount of repayment difference.

User Agreement

** User Agreement ** 1.General rules 1.1 The application of the agreement a. This agreement is applied to the use of service(MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom) that we(CHAO NHA CO.,LTD) provide. b. The regulations established separately from this agreement(Other regulation) are part of this agreement. c. In case that this agreement is different from the other regulation, this agreement is applied preferentially. And in case that this agreement and other regulation are not different, both are valid and are applied. d. All our web site has English and Japanese version. English translation is offered for the convenience of the user. When a Japanese version and an English version have a difference, priority is given to a Japanese version. e. The notice that we issue for users shall constitute the part of this agreement. 1.2 The change of the agreement a. We can change this agreement without getting the consent of users. In this case, this changed agreement becomes valid. b. This changed agreement shall be valid from the time when we display it somewhere on the web site. 1.3 Notification a. We give a notice required at any time to a user by the notice on a website, sending of an E-mail, and the other methods. b. This notice shall be valid from the time when we display it on the web site or send an email. 1.4 Definitions In this agreement, the next term defines it as follows each. a."MySpotGuide" is the name of service that users can register as a guide, search a guide, and get various information. b."MyLovelyRoom" is the name of service that users can register the rooms they have, and can search information about these rooms. c."User" includes guide user(or guide) and owner user(or owner) and client user(or client). d."Guide user" is the person who is aged 18 and over having the qualification for using MySpotGuide and has registered as guide on the web site. e."Owner user" is the corporation or the person who is aged 18 and over having the qualification for using MyLovelyRoom and has registered on the web site. f."Client user" is the corporation or person aged 18 and over that has bought an access key and have a qualification to use MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. g."Access key" is the access code that we generate to client user to get detail information of guide or owner. h."My page" is the page that a guide user or owner user logs in with registration email and password in the web site. i."Other regulation" is the agreement that is established separately from this agreement. j."Personal information" is the information which can specify individuals, such as a mail address and a telephone number, and the information which cannot specify individuals, such as a birth date and sex. They are collected from a user, when a user does guide registration, or when an access key is purchased. k."Web contents" are the information on the website. 2.User 2.1 Registration to guide or owner The person of less than 18 years old cannot use MySpotGuide. A guide registration candidate shall register as a guide user on-line, when it checked itself that it was aged 18 and over and has consented to this agreement. The person of less than 18 years old cannot use MyLovelyRoom. An owner registration candidate shall register as an owner user on-line, when it checked itself that it was the corporation or aged 18 and over and has consented to this agreement. 2.2 Consent of guide registration Consent of guide registration shall be concluded in online sign up. However, the consent may be canceled on next cases even if after consent. a. When the offered personal information has a false statement. b. When we judge that use of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom is not appropriate. 2.3 Management of a guide and owner user's registration E-mail and a password a. Guide and owner user takes responsibility about use and management of a registration E-mail and a password. We do not take any responsibility about the unauthorized use by third party or the mistake on use. b. Guide and owner user shall contact us promptly, when it is discovered that the illegal use of a registration E-mail or a password by the third party was made. When we direct, guide and owner user shall follow our direction. 2.4 Management and public presentation of a guide owner user's information The information filled in on the online sign up and the information written down in each page after logging in are opened to the public except for a part. A part of information, such as a real name, a telephone number, and an E-mail address, is released only to a client user. 2.5 Restraint on alienation of a guide owner user's right The guide and owner user cannot do making third party use a registration E-mail and a password, or transfer, loan, transfer of ownership, dealing, etc. 2.6 Guide user's identity The star mark displayed on a website does not guarantee a guide user's identity, but indicates the guide user who submitted the identification card to us. Therefore, we do not guarantee any identity of a guide user. 2.7 Forfeiture of use qualification The use qualification of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom can be made to lose immediately in the following case. In this case, we shall perform the use stop of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom, without notifying a guide user. a. When false information is registered. b. When the responsibility provided in 3.4 is not done. c. When the prohibited acts provided in 3.7 are performed. d. When this agreement or other regulations are broken. e. In addition, when we judge that it is unsuitable on management of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. 2.8 Release When a guide or owner user releases registration, the necessary procedure shall be taken by the guide or owner user themself on a website. 3 Management 3.1 The purchase of an access key Only those who have consented to this agreement shall purchase an access key. 3.2 Restraint on alienation of an access key Only the client user who is an access key buyer can use an access key. The client user cannot do making a third party use an access key or transfer, loan, dealing, etc. 3.3 Return and refund of an access key We do not do return of an access key, and refund. In the following cases, we generate a new access key. a. When an access key does not work. b. When an access key does not generate. c. When a defect is in an access key. 3.4 Responsibility which a guide and owner user does Guide user shall consent to do the following responsibility. a. Guide user has to give a response to the request. b. Guide user has to stop opening the page to the public, when a request cannot be received. Owner user shall consent to do the following responsibility. a. Owner user has to give a response to the asking. b. Owner user has to provide latest information about room on the website. c. When the commission etc. occur for us, Owner user has to pay without stagnation. 3.5 The contract of the guide request from a client user Guide user contracts the request of the guide etc. from a client user in self responsibility altogether. Even if some accident and incident occur, we do not take any responsibility of those. 3.6 Request of the guide by a client user Client user performs the request of a guide etc. to a guide user in self responsibility altogether. Even if some accident and incident occur, we do not take any responsibility of those. 3.7 Prohibition User must not perform the following acts using MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. a. The act which registers false information. b. The act which becomes other users or third parties and uses MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. c. Invitation acts, such as prostitution. d. Criminal acts, such as fraud. e. The act which is against public order and standards of decency like prostitution, violence, and cruel. f. The act which breaks a statute, or the act which causes violation of laws and ordinances g. The act which uploads the picture and document, etc. which are judged unsuitable by us. h. The act which infringes on intellectual property rights, copyright, and portrait rights of other users or a third party, or an act with a possibility of infringing. i. The act which infringes on all the legal rights, such as property, privacy, etc. of other users or a third party, or an act with a possibility of infringing. j.The act which slanders other users or third parties. k.The act which exceeds the range for the purpose of use, such as transferring the information acquired in MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom to a third party. l.The act which performs activity aiming at profit using the information acquired in MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. m.The act which uses or offers harmful programs, such as computer virus. n.The act which tries unlawful access to other computer systems or networks which are connected to MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. o.All act which impedes management of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. p.All the act which promotes acts of the preceding clause. q.In addition, all the act that is judged unsuitable by us. 3.8 Removal of violation act a. When we recognize the fact of the act that user breaks this agreement, or the act with a possibility of breaking, we remove this act without user's consent immediately.Moreover, even when a user asks us about removal of violation act, we are not responsible for explaining removal. b. When a user does violation act by using MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom repeatedly even after we removed the act, compensation may be demanded to this user. The claimable amount in this case becomes the sum total of the amount of money equivalent to the removal work, and the amount of money equivalent to the damage caused by trust loss of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom. 4 Discontinuation and end of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom 4.1 Discontinuation of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom In one case of the following, we may stop MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom temporarily, without notifying a user in advance. a. When unavoidable because of maintenance of equipment, or construction. b. When an obstacle occurs in equipment and it is unavoidable. c. When use of the electric communications service which a telecommunications service operator provides becomes impossible d. When we judge that temporary discontinuation of service is required on management and technically. 4.2 End of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom 1. We shall end service of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom, or its part, after notifying a user. 2. The notice of the preceding clause shall be based on the notice on a website, or sending of an E-mail to a user. The validity of the notice is based on 1.3. 3. When we end MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom service after the notice to users, we do not take the responsibility for the expense of the damage, loss, and others that are generated with the end of service. 5 Protection of personal information 5.1 Privacy policy We protect personal information appropriately and obey our Privacy Policy on the website. 6 Compensation for damages 6.1 Immunity from responsibility a. We shall take no responsibility about damage or loss etc. which the user suffers using MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom. b. In the case of 1.2 (The change of the agreement), and 4.1 (Discontinuation of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom) and 4.2 (End of MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom), we shall take no responsibility about damage or loss etc. which the user suffers using MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom. c. When a user does damage to other users or third parties by use of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom, we shall take no responsibility for that. d. We shall not guarantee completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, etc. of information which a user acquires through MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom. e. We shall not guarantee at all about the apparatus and software which a user uses. f. We do not guarantee the expense of the connection generated in use of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom. g. We do not guarantee that there are no harmful elements, such as a virus, in the server which provides service of MySpotGuide and MyLovelyRoom. h. We shall not take any responsibility, when the natural disaster, the damage caused by other inevitability, and the other damage caused by not being based on our responsibility arise. 6.2 Loss and damage claims When a user inflicts damage on us by the act which breaks this agreement, and the act which uses MySpotGuide or MyLovelyRoom illegally, we shall claim reparations for the user.
